Empro Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting franchise owners in growing and managing their businesses. Your primary focus will be on providing business coaching, analysing financial performance, and helping develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. Key tasks include monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delivering training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a field-based role covering the North Territory of the UK.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for coaching franchisees to improve business performance, analysing profits, margins, and identifying growth opportunities, providing sales support and training, ensuring adherence to sales and growth targets, onboarding new franchisees, and collaborating with internal teams and reporting to Senior Management. You will also be required to provide strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, experience in sales/business development, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Key Responsibilities:•

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive profitability and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to franchise owners to improve business performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyse financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of franchise owners.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to Senior Management.

• Requirements:•
  • Proven experience in sales/business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a business development role within the grounds maintenance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Salary: £52,000 - £54,000 per annum, plus bonus and company car.•

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week.•
