Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team, focusing on expanding business revenue through innovative marketing strategies and account management. This role involves developing key relationships with dealers and attending trade shows to promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new business opportunities through creative marketing and networking techniques
  • Account manage existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the dealer network to develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities
  • Present and negotiate sales proposals to customers
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in external or field sales, preferably in the construction hire or heavy plant industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Bonus structure offering up to £20,000 in year one
  • 25 days' annual leave
  • Company car - pick-up type vehicle
