About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operational Leadership Manager Women's Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving improvement opportunities, leading performance management, and managing budgets. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategies for improving patient care and services.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management for women's health services, ensuring all internal and external performance targets are met.
- Change Management: Implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in women's health services.
Requirements
- Senior Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant senior management experience within the NHS or similar environment.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks within agreed time scales.
- Communication Skills: High standard of written and spoken English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. Please note that this is an estimated salary range based on industry standards and location.
