About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Operation Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Lead the design and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the Financial Services operating model and lead continuous improvement of processes
  • Partner with the retail activity and communications teams to deliver Financial Services initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in operations management or a related field
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
