We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as Deputy Divisional Manager at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in delivering excellence.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the operational delivery of emergency services at University College Hospital and will work closely with clinical, nursing, and managerial leads across the division to ensure the provision of an efficient, safe, effective service that delivers excellent patient and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational delivery of emergency services at University College Hospital
  • Work closely with clinical, nursing, and managerial leads across the division
  • Ensure the provision of an efficient, safe, effective service
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Masters or equivalent (or able to demonstrate equivalent level of experience)
  • Extensive knowledge within the context of acute inpatient and outpatient services
  • Significant experience of working at a senior operational management level within the NHS managing multiprofessional complex service/s
