Job Title: Operative Coordinator - Repairs Team

Fortus Recruitment is looking for a skilled Operative Coordinator to coordinate the work of repair teams in social housing. Based in Kingston, this role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

As an operative coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedules of repair teams, allocating tasks to operatives based on their skills and location, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with the repair team to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the job, and maintain accurate records of completed tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, with experience in coordinating repairs and maintenance, and familiarity with repairs and maintenance software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage the daily schedules of repair teams.
  • Task Allocation: Allocate tasks to operatives based on their skills and location.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with the repair team to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the job.
