Sales Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our recruitment organization, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients and candidates, and learning about your sector to become a specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and earn a competitive salary of 25k base + uncapped commission scheme (45-65k OTE in your first year). You will also enjoy exciting monthly and quarterly incentives, including healthcare and pension benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through proactive phone and video calls, e-mail, and networking events
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain and develop your network and talent pool
  • Learn about your sector to become a specialist and be seen as a trusted Recruitment Consultant
  • Generate talent through online job boards and social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Manage your targets
  • Hold virtual and face-to-face client meetings and candidate interviews
