We seek an exceptional Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue growth strategies. As a strategic leader, you will report directly to a Co-Founder and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans that balance short-term urgency with long-term enterprise value.
You will assume full ownership of the company's revenue and growth strategies, leveraging your expertise in revenue architecture to establish a long-term vision. Key responsibilities include developing tight alignment across GTM functions, driving continuous improvement, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have over 10 years of experience in revenue leadership within the consultancy sector. Proven track records of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, as well as demonstrated success in consultative selling at a c-suite level, are essential. You must also possess strong strategic and analytical skills for developing and executing GTM strategies and operational plans, as well as exceptional leadership skills for building high-performing teams.
The estimated salary range for this position is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a remote-first work environment, private health insurance, and various benefits such as learning days and a Feel Better Fund for setting up a remote office.
