About the Opportunity:
ION Group is seeking a Revenue Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Commodities Account Management team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue. Your primary responsibility is to sell products and services offered by ION to existing accounts, with a focus on meeting/exceeding annual targets for license and consulting services ($2M-$4M annually).

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase revenue
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and meet/exceed annual targets
• Manage business relationships between ION and clients to achieve add-on sales and services revenue goals
• Create Commercial Proposals and supporting documentation through liaising with other departments

Requirements:
• Hunter/Farmer mentality – developing existing and cultivating new relationships within Accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills
• Strong client-facing/executive presence/influencing capability
• Desire to work within a team-oriented environment
• Previous sales, new business development experience within commodities environment

Estimated Salary Range: $160,000 - $240,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
