People Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced People Operations team at FDM. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our consultants and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Provide administrative support to employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all stages in between.
- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee data on our HRIS system, ensuring seamless integration with our payroll and benefits processes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a first point of contact for employees, responding to their queries and providing timely support to resolve issues.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Prepare and share data for monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Initiative and Project Support: Contribute to the delivery of key people team initiatives and projects, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Administrative Experience: A minimum of one year of administrative experience in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Office365 (Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Education and Training: A strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources, with a willingness to study CIPD Level 3 or Level 5.
