Occupational Therapy Service Manager

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Childrens Occupational Therapy service. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in implementing clinical protocols and pathways that promote exceptional patient outcomes. You will work closely with the Childrens Specialist Services Leadership team to deliver the aims of the collaborative, providing a voice for the Occupational Therapy workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be expected to contribute to training, teaching, and supervision of colleagues, while also supporting the development of individuals within the team.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Our Trust is committed to delivering high-quality care and services, and we are proud to be a centre of excellence in providing rural and remote healthcare.
