Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a high level of culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on presentation, flavor, and texture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to progress to senior culinary roles.
