Academics Ltd is seeking an exceptional Early Years Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in Thame. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to develop their classroom experience and work closely with experienced teachers in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in preparing lessons, delivering instruction, and helping children with their learning.
  • Work with small groups and one-to-one with students to address specific needs, particularly in numeracy and literacy.
  • Assist with general classroom duties, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, ideally with a degree and a 2:2 or above, as well as experience working with children. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
