Graduate Education Assistant

As a Graduate Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of students with Autism and Communication and Interaction needs. You will work in a specialist resource base at Lord William's School, providing individualized support and supervision to students in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a passion for education. They will be able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff, building strong relationships and adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
- Developing and implementing tailored learning plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure student progress
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £12.50 per hour (Grade 6, Scale Points 8-13)
* Paid leave entitlement: 5.45 weeks
* Temporary Maternity Cover contract (starting in February)
