Educational Psychologist Assistant

About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Psychologist Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.
As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with children with social, emotional and mental health challenges, providing essential support and guidance in a Specialist SEN School just outside Thame.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or about to graduate, looking to gain experience supporting vulnerable students, and have a passion for education and mental health.
">Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support and guidance to students with social, emotional and mental health challenges
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for student support
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Requirements:
">We are looking for a candidate who has:
- A strong understanding of child development and psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of SEN and educational policies
