We are seeking an Education Assistant - Cover Supervisor to join our team at Academics LTD in the Thame area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons and supporting students' learning while maintaining the school's high standards for behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing student behaviour to ensure a productive learning environment
  • Overseeing lesson plans and delivering them effectively
  • Developing positive relationships with students and staff
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and health and safety of students
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for supporting students in their learning
  • Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rate: £100-£150

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £91,500-£136,250 based on a 5-day week and 50 weeks worked per year.
