Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teaching Assistant to join our team in Thame. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, preferably in a Primary School setting.

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of part-time arrangements being considered. The role requires immediate commencement, with a commitment to continue until the end of the academic year.

Key Duties
  • Support students in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher
  • Ensure a well-organized and clutter-free classroom environment
  • Foster effective collaboration with colleagues in the classroom and across the school
  • Provide individualized support to promote student progress
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Recent experience in a Primary School or with school-aged children
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is preferred
  • Experience working with students with SEND is advantageous
