Archaeological Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced Archaeological Programme Lead to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to take on a challenging role, working on a wide range of projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead archaeological fieldwork projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies
- Manage project budgets, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial archaeology, preferably on sites of various periods and types
- Demonstrable experience in project management, including site set up, team organisation, and assessment report writing
- An understanding of UK commercial archaeology, planning legislation, and the role of archaeological and heritage works within the planning process
Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
