We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our team at Holderness Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring a high performing team and a fast and efficient service is provided within the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing paperwork, and responding to correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including designing and writing job adverts, preparing interviewer assessment packs, and sending out relevant information to new starters.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees, including administration of training, organizing other training events, and providing training reports.
- Monitor and analyze HR system reports, providing meaningful data to aid practice strategies.
- Ensure compliance with current Holderness Health policies and employment legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a good understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
