HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at DNA Payments. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Liaise with the HR Coordinator to organise new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Support HR Managers in their caseloads and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics as required.
