Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at DNA Payments. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
  • Handle HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Liaise with the HR Coordinator to organise new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
  • Support HR Managers in their caseloads and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics as required.
