Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Job Summary:
RMS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of offline oil purification systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing growth within product sales and service in the general industry sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase company turnover and maintain agreed profit margins.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and market analysis.
- Develop long-term business partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Technical Expertise:
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client's needs.
- Analyse costs and sales to inform business decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience selling into a manufacturing environment, including cement, quarry, heat treatment, and injection moulding.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues in the UK and internationally.
