About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our Chislehurst Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including health and safety, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Conduct tours for prospective new members and promote the benefits of our club
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Ensure the club is maintained to a high standard, meeting the expectations of our members
