About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Chislehurst FWC. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness and wellbeing club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our members and staff.
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club.
