Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring seamless delivery of services and a positive member experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our club.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working closely with colleagues to drive revenue growth.
