Educational Support Assistant

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting learning and want to make a positive impact on students' lives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively with teachers and students, and have a calm and structured approach to maintaining a positive classroom environment.
This role offers a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Classroom Activities: Assist the teacher in delivering lessons, helping students stay focused and engaged.
- Help Manage Behavior: Assist in maintaining a calm and structured classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
- A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
