Job Summary:
Cover Supervisor at Ad Warrior is a part-time role that involves leading our team of teaching assistants in providing support to students during the absence of teachers. As a key member of our school's leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for our students.

This position requires a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons, as well as managing the cover process to ensure a smooth transition for students.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education, has a strong work ethic, and is able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of teaching assistants in providing cover support
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons
- Manage the cover process to ensure a smooth transition for students

Requirements:
- Strong academic background (Degree or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in education support or teaching (desirable)

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary (£15,986 - £17,039 per annum pro rata) (£25,584 - £27,269 per annum FTE)
- Part-time hours (27 hours per week)
- Fixed-term contract until August 2025
