Shift Operations Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum resource utilization and efficient production of Right First Time products.
- Deputize for the Shift Operations Manager as required.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
- Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure the safety of our people and products.
- Focus on short to medium-term strategies to enable the factory to respond to growth plans.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues.
- Ensure the right values and behaviors are actively role-modeled and encouraged.
- Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others and lead self and others.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
