Night Shift Operations Manager

Join Princes Limited, a leading food and drink manufacturer, as a Night Shift Coordinator. This role is a key part of our Operations team, responsible for ensuring maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to achieve efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving efficient production and ensuring operational flexibility.
- Deputise for Shift Operations Manager as required.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
- Ensure the safety of our people and products.
- Focus on short to medium-term strategies to enable the factory to respond to growth plans.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues.
- Ensure the right values and behaviours are actively role modelled and encouraged.
- Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others and deliver results through others.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
