Shift Operations Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- Deputise for the Shift Operations Manager as required and provide guidance to team members.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand and ensure operational flexibility.
- Ensure the safety of employees and products, and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
