Night Shift Operations Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- Deputise for Shift Operations Manager as required and provide guidance to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational flexibility, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure the safety of employees and products by adhering to company quality, safety, and environmental frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects to support business growth.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others, problem-solve, and make decisions.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership experience in a production environment.
- Competencies in I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3.
