Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- Deputise for Shift Operations Manager as required and provide guidance to team members.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand and ensure operational flexibility.
- Ensure the safety of our people and products, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues to drive business success.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others, problem-solve, and make decisions.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- I.O.S.H.H.
- Food Safety Level 3.
