Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the team in achieving efficient production and ensuring maximum utilization of resources and equipment.
  • Deputize for Shift Operations Manager as required.
  • Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
  • Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilization of resources of the site support functions (Engineering, Logistics, Technical).
  • Ensure the safety of our people and products.
  • Focus on short to medium-term week 1 to week 4.
