Shift Operations Manager

Join Princes Limited, a leading food and drink manufacturer, as a Shift Coordinator in our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilisation of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- Deputise for the Shift Operations Manager as required.
- Proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production plan demand.
- Ensure operational flexibility is maintained with efficient utilisation of resources.
- Focus on short to medium-term strategies to enable the factory to respond to growth plans.
- Ensure the safety of our people and products.
- Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and colleagues.
- Role model and encourage the right values and behaviours.
- Embed the supply chain strategy throughout the team and department.
- Manage budgets and assist in capital expenditure projects.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others and deliver results through others.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- IT literacy, including SAP skills.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Communication skills.
- I.O.S.H.H. and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
