The Clinical Liaison Officer will play a vital role in our Aftercare Team, supporting patients and their families as they navigate their recovery journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.
Salary: £36,564 per annum (pro rata)
The Clinical Liaison Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers, ensuring seamless transitions of care and improving patient outcomes. This role will cover Norfolk and surrounding areas, involving travel to various sites across the region.
