Customer Service Experience Specialist

A Customer Service Experience Specialist is required to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing end-to-end support, adhering to SLAs and KPIs. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid background in customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service within a business-to-business or commercial setting and a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,150 and will work Monday to Friday on a rolling shift pattern between 8:30 AM and 6 PM, with a 6 AM – 2 PM shift available post-probation and security clearance.
