Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging classroom-based training and effectively engage learners with a tailored experience.
  • Produce and review ILPs, develop schemes of work and lesson plans, and contribute to new training materials and resources.
  • Work with IAG & Referral Officers to offer learners the best progression routes.
  • Ensure learner well-being and safety, attend team meetings, and be available for external visits.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for adult education and a commitment to promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
