Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand individuals' needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement tailored support plans to enhance independence and overall well-being.
  • Cultivate partnerships with healthcare professionals, educators, and housing specialists to ensure a unified approach.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to individuals and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
  • Be registered with Social Work England.
  • Possess experience working with adults who have learning disabilities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £62,400, based on a rate of £30 per hour.
