Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at NHS Sefton Talking Therapies, providing clinical support and guidance to our Step 2 workforce and ensuring the needs of our clients are met.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of anxiety and depression, as well as experience working with people who have experienced mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide flexible services to meet client demands
- Offer evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work
- Develop and train innovative practice for Trainee & Qualified PWP's and Primary Care colleagues
- Promote a healthy therapeutic culture within the service
You should have a real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression achieve recovery and improve their wellbeing. An understanding of PWP supervision is desirable, but on-the-job training is available.
