About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Sefton, Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Primary Care colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work
  • Develop and support innovative practice to Trainee and Qualified PWP's
  • Promote a healthy therapeutic culture within the service
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in clinical supervision and training. A real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression is essential.
