About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineer to join our Medical Devices Advisory Unit (MDAU) team. As a Clinical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert consultancy on medical device clinical applications, technologies, research, management, safety, and related regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will support the engineering activities of our Medical Engineering & Instrumentation Unit (MEIU), which provides manufacturing and metrology services. This includes the development and low-volume production of novel medical devices to address unmet clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultancy on medical device clinical applications, technologies, research, management, safety, and related regulatory matters.
  • Support the engineering activities of the MEIU, including the development and low-volume production of novel medical devices.
  • Collaborate with the MDAU team to provide comprehensive medical technology management, training, and safety management services.
  • Contribute to clinical research, medical device development, technology transfer, and specialist consultancy.
