Job Summary:

To deliver high-quality specialist Physiotherapy programmes for patients with complex neurological problems and diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and develop specialist Physiotherapy programmes for patients with complex neurological problems.
  • Lead the team to manage patients with highly complex and sometimes unstable health needs, ensuring systems are in place to evidence compliance with care quality commission standards.
  • Supervise junior staff and students, overseeing patient intervention and ensuring rehabilitation assistants deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Be actively involved in training, teaching, and supporting rehabilitation assistants, Band 5 and 6 therapists, to achieve competencies.

This role is ideal for an experienced Physiotherapist looking to take on a leadership position within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
