Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge & Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses & Neuro Rehab assistants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload across the North of Cambridgeshire, with the base located in Peterborough. The role involves visiting patients in their homes, wards, or community gyms, and may require providing clinical cover elsewhere within Cambridgeshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use clinical skills and knowledge to shape the service and support others in their development
  • Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team and assist the Locality Team Lead with service development
  • Provide comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based specialist neuro Physiotherapy programmes
  • Support patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to achieve their potential
