About the Role

As a Support Worker at Dimensions, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life. You will work with individuals with learning disabilities and autism in their supported living homes, supporting them to live their lives as they choose and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Engage in activities with service users, including shopping, going to the cinema, enjoying meals out, and going on walks.
  • Support people to maintain their independence by empowering them to make choices and decisions about their lives.

Requirements:

Able to work 24-hour shifts, including sleep-in shifts. A full UK driving license is essential for this role. You must be patient, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
