The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in providing care and support to people with learning disabilities and other needs.

As a Key Worker, you will support individuals in achieving their personal goals and ambitions, while also providing mentorship and guidance to the staff team.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, individualised support for all service users, working flexibly, including evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleep-ins.

We offer a competitive salary, plus a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and a range of benefits.

This role offers the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
