Specialist Teacher Support

Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Specialist Teacher Support - Sports and Horticulture. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) and possess excellent communication skills.
As a Specialist Teacher Support - Sports and Horticulture, your responsibilities will include assisting teachers in PE and outdoor activities, horticulture, and class excursions. Key duties include leading small groups, planning sessions for these groups, providing tailored support to SEN children, creating a safe environment that promotes fun, learning, and success for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with daily tasks
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for small groups
- Provide individualised support to children with special educational needs (SEN)

Minimum Daily Rate of Pay: £90+
