We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Reception team in Lancaster. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and contributing to the delivery of high-quality education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to implement daily phonics sessions with confidence. You will also provide individual and group support to children, ensuring every child reaches their potential.

A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential. We offer opportunities for professional development and training, as well as the chance to work in a school that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
