We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and assisting teachers in the education of children with challenging behaviour, emotional and mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will assist teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with SEMH needs. This includes helping to implement individual education plans for students, monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents, and participating in regular professional development sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEMH students.
  • A commitment to supporting high-quality education for students with SEMH needs.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
