Austin Fraser is searching for a highly skilled Education Support Professional to support the teaching team in a full-time, permanent role based in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and be committed to delivering high-quality education.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individual education plans for students. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents, and participating in regular professional development sessions.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Significant experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEMH students.
  • A strong commitment to supporting high-quality education for students with SEMH needs.
  • A valid UK driving licence
