Key Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face patient case management
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and professionals
  • Supporting complex care teams to enable patients to achieve their goals
  • Mentoring healthcare assistants to develop clinical skills
  • Training and developing others

This role involves working from our Norwich office, overseeing care packages and working alongside our existing children's nurse. The work is varied and rewarding, involving collaboration with families and healthcare professionals to assess and support carers in implementing outstanding care for children with complex health needs.

Requirements:
  • Professional registration with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience working with children and young adults (2 years)
  • Confidence and passion to enhance others' knowledge
  • Experience of training
  • Tracheostomy and ideally cough assist and ventilation experience
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership
