We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our Specialist Rehabilitation Team at the Colman Centre for Specialist Rehabilitation in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with specialist needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult nursing and a passion for rehabilitation. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
  • To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • To provide high-quality care to patients with specialist needs.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • To contribute to the development of the team and the service.

Requirements:

  • 1st level nurse qualification in adult nursing.
  • Registered General Nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Mentorship/supervisor training or willingness to complete this.
  • Experience of supporting students and clinical supervision.
  • Commitment to understanding the role of other disciplines.
